This is his character "Nasha", if im right with the name xD,

I wanted to draw her in a super girly way lol, i rly love the
outfit! dots ftw, los of blue ftw, and ears ftw.. by the way,
special thanks to my wifey ~Eppur, cuz she made the
sketch of the ears, as i fail bad with animal-things.
